Position Summary
A well-established and growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and hands-on Office & Accounting Manager / HR Manager with strong accounting software experience (preferably Sage 50) to oversee office operations, human resources, and financial administration. The preferred candidate will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented and a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
This position plays a critical role in supporting both our production team and leadership by ensuring smooth HR processes, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
